New annual subscriptions: 12-month minimum term, then indefinite with one month's notice. Annual advance payment; refunds owed for periods after the effective end are paid out. Token allowances apply monthly. Terms
Cloud allowances apply to cloud storage. Your local collection is limited by device storage and file access.
*Song counts are cloud storage estimates at about 300 compressed MP3s per GB. Actual capacity depends on file size; lossless files usually take more space.
Community sharing and recommendations contain track lists and metadata, not audio files. Recommendations are sent to confirmed friends. Sending limits per 24 hours: Free, Basic and Plus allow up to 10 recommendations, at most 3 per friend; Premium allows up to 50, at most 10 per friend.
Paid-plan AI allowances reset monthly. Purchased credits carry over; Free includes a one-time starter amount.
Local playback does not need a paid plan. Downloaded cloud audio may need a valid cached playback license; reconnect if the app asks.
Cloud transfers and sync are optional. Set up encryption for supported private content and keep an independent copy of important originals.

How do tokens work?
MyMusik tokens are usage credits for AI features, not a fixed number of words or requests. Usage depends on the model, input and output. Monthly plan allowances and purchased credits are tracked separately.
Purchased credits carry over each month and work without a subscription. Credited after payment is confirmed. Claims to use these credits normally become time-barred three years after the end of the year in which they arose. No automatic deletion; after limitation, we may refuse redemption. See section 4.4 of the terms for the starting point, exceptions and protected rights.
